中文的医生概念是职业，英文的MD概念是学位。不能因为你是郎中学了英文就号称博士。

It's about if you have paid your due before claiming membership of an exclusive club. It's about fairness. Putting aside med school grads in US, there are bona fide MDs in China.

You wouldn't boast that you bedded a gullible woman while claiming you were her husband, would you?
