I have been in Uppsala for several years as a student.

The reality is that 烏普薩拉華人聯誼會 is totally different from the Chinese association of students and scholars.
The former is organized by some people against the Goverment of PRC,
such as FLG, MingYun, the employed or unemployed, and Christian, etc.
The Chinese association of students and scholars are mainly
of the students and scholars.
In Sweden, a person can survive even though he has no job.
Therefore, there are many Chinese (except students and scholars) in Uppsala
and you do not know what they did at all.

Of course, Swedish do not understand what is behind the event totally.

However, 作为中国的外交部门，本来应该have a good way.
中国的形象就是这些不懂外交的混蛋弄坏的。
