If you don't work smart and work hard to expose yourself to more opportunities that's your problem.
But I suspect that this is revealing only to those who are smart or educated enough to udnerstand. So it's understandable why China now has so many murderers, robbers, thieves, kidnappers, prostitues...
I really don't know whether they are working smart in terms of your standard, especially if they wont get caught.
