frozen tofu (and slowly thawed) has a spongy texture which is very appealing for kids.

baken tofu has a crispy shell and soft inside, it is also tasty, as it preserve the original flavor.

Only one type of Japanese tofu can be eaten in raw (with soybean).

fried tofu Pian is very tasty, and easy for kids too.
