But dark chocolate has really bad taste. Actually I am avoiding confectionery these days. My intake of cocoa is from, ah, cocoa. Heat some milk (with a bit sugar, only a bit) and stir the cocoa inside. If you get the balance right, it would be terrific (especially when you use cane sugar, which gives some special flavor, rather than white sugar). But once, I put too much cocoa, and did not stir well--some of them remained dried powder and formed small grains.. That cup was terrible. The resolution is too bitter. To top it off, you don't want to encounter those small grains of unresoluted powder once again in your life.
