假如有歧视观念，店主可以怀疑你会偷东西而老盯着你，

As a customer if I am not too happy about the way he looks at me I would stop doing business with him. If I don't have a choice to shop somewhere else I will ask him what he is looking at if I'm in a bad mood, otherwise I would ignore him as I am losing nothing.
雇主可以觉得雇你风险太大，

If my association does not increase his risk he needs to be informed and I would tell him there is no additional risk. But the question is: do I know for a fact there is no risk for him?
