I am not a lawyer, just some common sense. For the content in Linkedin, TJ can say his secretary made the mistakes. But in job applications, he was most likely required to sign. Even someone filled out the form for him, once he signed, he is responsible for the content legally.

With the connections TJ has in China, I think even subpoena can't nail this guy. He could just use his connections to destroy the original records and provide some fake ones.
