For me, this is totally an "idea exchange". I want to hear the points from both sides and I do not want to openly 拥护或反对建坝. However, I do hope the process itself is fair and transparent.
I think 版主 made some good points, while Fagus didn't. I do not like the argument of XJ, since it is flawed.
