The outback of 澳大利亚 is very widely spread. 澳大利亚 is slightly smaller than China, most people(less than twenty millions, I think) live on the coastal area.
Most of the lands is just desert.
I think it is very wise to kill the Camels using snipers from choppers. However, if you transport the meat, fur, and develop methods to process those carcass, more money would be spent. Think about the cost of using choppers to transport the dead camels and hiring people to do this job.
They could outsource this job to some Chinese company.
